Outcast from clan and kin,

made weak by age and disgrace,

desperation drives the struggler on.

On towards the desolated tundra in the north,

in search of a dire legend and forbidden cure.

There slumbers the unblessed beast,

born from Muspelheim’s eternal fires,

whose blood alone can offer him salvation.
